Meet the Team

Emma Morris

Founder

Hi, I’m Emma Morris, founder of Morris Sports Consultancy. I help families navigate the U.S. college athletics system with clarity, honesty, and real-world experience.

I work with student-athletes and parents exploring opportunities to study and compete in the United States, as well as transfer students navigating the process of switching institutions. The U.S. college sports system can be complex — especially for families outside the USA — and my role is to provide independent guidance so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

My background includes:

  • Former NAIA student-athlete (soccer) at two institutions (2013–2017)

  • First-hand transfer experience after a university closure

  • NCAA Division III women’s soccer coach (Assistant Coach 2017–2019, Head Coach 2019–2026)

  • Undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA)

This experience allows me to offer realistic, experience-based advice on eligibility, recruiting expectations, scholarships, transfers, graduate school, and what life as a student-athlete is truly like.

I am an independent advisor — not a recruiting agency. I do not represent universities, guarantee scholarships, or contact college coaches on behalf of athletes. My focus is on helping families understand the system, assess realistic options, and plan the best possible pathway for each individual student.

I primarily work with football (soccer) players but can also provide general guidance for student-athletes in any sport.
